Hello, my family want an Indian on Friday and I’m just wondering what the best options to get would be out of...
•vegetable biryani
•mushroom omelette (served with chips and peas— I won’t be eating the chips)
•chicken omelette (also served with peas)
Suggestions would be helpful, thankyou!!

Chicken tikka with boiled rice would be a good choice.
I'd personally go for lamb Korma and a tonne of naan bread.2 -
Tandoori, probably. Take it easy on the rice and naan.
(I just have Indian less and eat whatever I want, though.)0 -
Tandoori Chicken would probably be the healthiest. The rest is going to be heavy, filling and full of goodness.
That being said, I am usually elbow deeps in Beef vindaloo on a mountain of rice surrounded by Samson’s.
Mmmmmm, Indian....0 -
I really like dal tadka for when I'm trying to be more calorie conscious. Though I prefer to plan ahead to budget enough calories to go to town on Bagara Baingan with lots of naan, yummm0

I get a vegetable jalfrezi when I get Indian - packed with veggies, packed with flavour, and cooked in a relatively light tomato based sauce. Dhaal is also a good choice.0

I don’t have enough willpower to skip the naan0

Naan and chutneys- all of them, pappadam, lentils, basmati rice, and lamb Rohan Josh. And a few glasses of wine and lots of water. Milk for dessert to take care of the heart burn.0

How about tandoori meat or fish tikka with some vegetable sides0
