Can anyone tell me how to send a friend request? I am desperately needing some supportive people to converse with and help stay motivated

    Just click on their name, go to their profile, and there’s a person icon with a plus sign on mobile. On the desktop version, I believe it does say “add friend”. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong there because I don’t use the desktop version anymore).

    The introduce yourself forum is usually a good place to start for new friends. Especially if you make a thread describing yourself. That way, you can attract those with similar goals.
