Hi Everyone,
Just really starting to use this fitness pal app. Looking to make some friends also interested in the healthy lifestyle! From Calgary, Canada and work in IT in an office so had to find creative ways to get my healthy eating in and excercise while at work! Now keep a mini crockpot and single burner and make most of my lunches fresh at work.
