Hello everyone. I'm coming back to MFP and looking for accountability partners. I was on WW for a while but hit a plateau, so now I'm trying something different. I'm looking forward to meeting new people. :)

    I'm restarting....for the umpteenth time! I am now 70 and absolutely MUST lose this excess weight...so many health reasons but also just HATE photos of me. I have tried so many different ways that I have changed my nutrition breakdowns on here so many times. How do I get it back to the initial default of Carbs, fats, protein etc please?
