I have been running 3 miles a day on the treadmill, walking maybe a half mile, and burning a total of about 700 calories a day, I'm 22 5'10 and 220, with 29% body fat, I've been eating around 1500 calories a day. Is this a good pace to lose that weight ? Or should I be doing something else?

I think that is a lot of cardio and it may be stressing your body. Maybe mix it up with some weight training, yoga and even rest days or a light cardio day. Put your stats into MFP and trust it.0

1500 should be the absolute minimum you eat after exercise, if not the goal given to you. You run the risk of losing muscle mass when you eat too low, along with developing a host of other health issues.0
