    Know that feeling so well! But remember the feeling when you’ve done your workout and you feel amazing? That could be you in an hour or two. I’ve just pushed myself into doing mine after a good few hours of negotiating and bargaining back and forth in my head! Eventually set the alarm on my phone and started and now I feel great.

    You can do this - off you go!

    PS if you’re sick or injured, def stay in bed!

    Get your *kitten* out of that bed and put your work out stuff on.

    If you still don't want to once you are dressed fine, but get dressed before deciding.

    Just an update. I put on my workout clothes. Still wasn't motivated, so I ate breakfast. Then I started thinking about how much less I'd want to do it as the day goes on, so I sucked it up. Only did about 20 minutes, but I did something!

    Having the same problem, but I'm dressed and going to do it before I put it off too long! Cold snowy weather makes me want to sit and eat. Under a blanket. Exercise gives me motivation to take off my feed bag. lol
