Hello myFitPals!

I've been loosing weight just by cutting sugar, especially sodas and sweetners (I do go for sweets 1-2 times a week). No sugar of any kind in my tea or cofee. Having lost abt 20Ibs of fat (the bad kind) in the past 5 months (with minimal exercise), now it doesn't even feel like I'm trying. I thought it would be wise to document this for future ref (in case I go back to old ways of doing things). So I'm using myfitnesspal to document my weightloss. Now I'm trying to hack my brain (eat GOOD fats). Hope this community helps me find the info I'm looking for.
