Hello Fellow Fitness Pals - Question About Protein

I typically fall short on protein. What are some good ideas to supplement thru out the day? I'm not a steak guy. If I eat steak 3 to 4 oz is plenty. I do eat fish, chicken. I try to be balanced but end up short on protein and carbs. Yesterday I was allowed 117 and had 76 at end of day. I need some hi protein snack ideas.

    greek yogurt; i get a lot of my protein from incidental courses (i.e. pasta - 7g/per serving; farro; barley etc)

    You allow yourself as much as you want, but MFP's default ratio is quite easy to stick to, so - have you adjusted the numbers? What's your calorie target? What's your height and weight, and are you male or female? Is your goal to lose, maintain or gain weight?

    I eat pea, beans and lentils. Plenty of protein with minimal fat.
