Need motivation—

It’s one of those days where I don’t feel like going to the gym .... help me out guys

    My best tip. Make it a sustainable lifestyle habit. Doing less forever is better than going full blast for awhile and then flaming out. Enjoy the journey

    You’ll feel better when you are done. I felt the same way earlier. First step was get to the gym. Before I knew it I did an hour.
