I have times when I struggle to stay motivated when I have a bad day or can't excercise and I struggle to get my head back into it. How do you all stay positive and motivated

ive been on holiday for 2 weeks and for 2 weeks after i returned i just ate total crap, put half a stone back on, starting to get back into it now, ive done so well, lost 2 stone and im not putting it back on, its not easy though somedays i just want to eat everything in sight. try and think how far you have come, dont give up the good work0
