Hi everyone,
I am new here and also new to exercise. I am 52 years old, have Multiple Sclerosis, major depressive disorder and anxiety. I have lost far too much weight due to the depression and am now down to 89 pounds. I have also been very very sedentary.
I am finally getting back to my "emotional normal" and can use all the help I can get to keep myself accountable to regain weight and get in better shape and get healthier.
Thanks in advance for any and all support.
Tammy

    Oh man my post deleted!

Well Tammy, It takes a lot for someone to come out and show their struggles and concerns, and I'm glad that you did! Depression and axiety are the downfalls of many and they make life unbearable sometimes but it's most definitely the day to overcome it. Time to take life by the reigns and start back on your path. As for the MS I'm sorry to hear about that but, it does not define who you are and therefore can't push you further from your goals. Just know that I believe in you and know you will see that progression you're looking for and you have the whole MFP family to back you up and motivate you as you do them. A new you starts one day at a time, let's do this together! :)
