App that tells you what you need to eat/how much

So I've always said my body tells me when I need rest, water, etc. I've often wished in trying to map out my meal plans that my body would tell me exactly what I should eat or drink throughout the day. Like you need 13 more grams of protein so eat x, y, or z.

Apps like this are good for taking what you've eaten, calories, etc. In conjunction with FITBIT tracking exercise and stuff, it would be neat to have an app fill in the blanks based on your input to guide what you need to eat and when. I searched around meal planning apps and unless I missed something there doesn't seem to be anything that can do this. Ideally FITBIT could in the future. Since, at least for me, mine is synched with MFP and the meals I enter.

Does anyone know is this exists? It doesn't seem like it would be terribly hard to do.
