Hello there people!

Just thought I'd introduce myself.

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and find it pretty motivating to watch my food intake, since starting weight loss a about 2 months ago, I've lost 6kg up to now.

I've taken up skateboarding again after a 10 year break which I've been working at for about 6 months now, and I'm really enjoying it! Skating for about 2-3hrs, 3 times a week and swimming for 1 day, resting in between.

My aim, is over the next 6 months to go from my starting weight of 92kg, to 75kg. At the same time, I want to regain upper body muscle, my legs are already much better since the skating and look defined, so I'm going to keep at that.

Does anyone have any upper body workout techniques that they can advise on? I've got 2x 9kg dumbells in the house which I'm looking at using.
