Pb2 - peanut powder is great for little calories. Then I add a tbsp of sf jam and it ends up being about 50 calories extra
Another option is sf maple syrup and cinnamon - that’s like 15 calories extra depending on brand of syrup
My fav right now is 3-4 oz chopped gala apple with a little stevia and cinnamon, nuked in the microwave for a couple min with water. Drain the water and add yogurt, syrup and cinnamon. To me, it’s like an apple a la mode, minus the pie (I can’t do gluten either). You could sprinkle some oats on top though...0 -
I use Fiber One cereal in my yogurt. 30g for 60 calories. A hair sweet and good crunch. Nice and bulky.1
