Okay I use endomondo and last night I did 1.41 in like 24 minutes. It says I burnt 193 calories...>How accurate is this reading?

Without knowing much about you physically, hard to say, but you are a woman, so I'm going to say probably not at all accurate. That's a decent walking pace, but I wouldn't expect to burn more than 100 calories a mile walking. Since I'm guessing you burned about 140 and it's saying 193 that's a difference of 38%. It may not matter over one wakl, but it will over weeks/months of walking.
I burn just over 100 a mile running, and just under 100 a mile walking, and that's from using a heart rate monitor with a chest strap.0 -
I have noticed, when compared to my HR monitor (this is best b the way) that it is a bit low. Likely, well actually it can only take into account weight and age and exercise minutes. and I am assuming it figures in a 60% of max HR. I only say that becasue if I work out at 50-60% of my Max HR I can almost match it. I usually work out at 75-85% so it is usually low.
Buy a HR monitor you wont regret it.
