Please. I'd like to know how yall do your nutrition with fruits. My carbs should be 30 a day, but I intake more just by eating one banana. How do yall get around that? Please dumb it down for me.
Thanks kat

It’s going to be tough to have anything close to enjoyable in fruits with only a 30g allocation of carbs. Strawberries or raspberries would probably be a better bang for the buck vs bananas when it comes to sugar.

If you're doing very low carb, high carb fruits are probably going to be a food you can't always fit in. I'm pretty sure you can actually track net carbs, which is total carbs minus fiber, but bananas don't have much fiber. It's one of the reasons I personally can't do low carb, I love to eat all the fruit. Most people I know who are doing low carb seldom eat fruit other than berries.
