Fat to Fit daily challenge

Im current 459lbs have lost a total of 30lbs since joining mfp and another 10lbs before i did totaling 40lbs.

I would like people to set daily goals that i can complete .

Post a goal and the goal that gets the most likes I complete.

Please keep my weight in mind when setting a challenge.

    I have read your story on another thread and want to share that you are inspiring. You are succeeding in spite of significant challenges. Your efforts (and results) are impressive.

    My suggestion...go outside (even though you live in the great white north) and walk one minute, 3 times a day. Increase your time by one minute each day. Review your progress after several weeks and adjust, as you deem appropriate.
