I have been using myfitnesspal for ages now but I have never come onto the messages boards.
I have found myself in a bit on a blah moment and decided to come on and get some good ideas to help me. Main I would like some help on exercises. I have a damaged heart so I have to be careful about it pumping to hard out. And I get out of breath so quickly. Does anyone have any ideas for that? I have been doing yoga for a week now and that helps but I do want to do more. Time isnt a problem as I dont work due to health and I have no kids to look after. Lucky me :smile:
