Going to make Panko crusted Tilapia for dinner, need a couple of sides that would go with the fish. No chips, fries or anything comparable.

I'd saute a huge pile of mushrooms with garlic, then maybe some steamed cauliflower with turmeric.

I also like whole baked onions with fish. Just wrap it in foil and bake until soft.

    I'd steam fresh green beans.

I would roast whole green beans and baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Any vegetables, salad.
Roasted broccoli is good. Grilled lemon pepper zucchini. Coleslaw.
I like pasta with marinara sauce as a side dish to fish sometimes.
Tomatoes and green beans are a tasty combination. Something like this-> https://toriavey.com/toris-kitchen/green-bean-tomato-saute/

I would serve it on wilted spinach with a side of marinara topped spaghetti squash

Stir-fried veggies (broccoli, snap peas, mushrooms, ginger, garlic), and rice if you're feeling it.

Roasted broccoli with Parmesan and lemon

Roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts (seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper)

Cauliflower or sweet potato chunks roasted with Old Bay seasoning
