Hello
Just curious, those with a Fitbit go you just let the steps sync to track the exercise calories you burn or do you record your exercise as well
I’m confused if I’m supposed enter my treadmill run or any other cardio.

Log food in MFP, log exercise in Fitbit. Let them sync throughout the day. Individual exercises logged in Fitbit do not get transferred to MFP, that is normal, just the overall Fitbit Calorie Adjustment will be transferred to MFP. Eat back at least a portion of the adjustment (50 to 75%) at first then adjust percentage based on results after four to six weeks.
