Can't Seem to Lose Weight :(

Kind of frustrated.. I've been exercising and gained weight? Probably muscle, I still have about the same measurements. I just hate when that happens. I want to lose weight still and I've been getting a lot of exercise in, I don't understand why I'm not losing.

  • Have you incorporated strength training to your workouts? I know muscle weighs more than fat and all, but muscle also burns calories more efficiently. Best of luck!

    I noticed on your profile it says you are 130lbs right now. Even if you are 5'2" you're still in the middle of the normal weight range for your BMI.

    Maybe you need to just do more strength training? Either that or start incorporating a smaller deficit to lose .5lbs a week. (250 calories a day less than your maintenance)
