ACP without rice calories

I have tried to find an ACP without rice to log but I cannot. Would anyone know where I can at least find the calories for this?

For those who aren't familiar with what an "ACP" is, it's a Mexican dish that stands for "Arroz con Pollo". It's just Chicken, cheese and rice essentially. I have gotten it without the rice for alittle while now and it's not bad, it's just hard for me to log it as everything I can find has rice "built in" the calories, carbs, etc etc.

Any help would be great!

Can you estimate how much chicken and cheese are in the recipe and log the ingredients individually?

Yeah, you either have to enter the components separately or just deduct about 200 calories and add it as a Quick Add.

That would be chicken and cheese. Log best guess on the chicken, cheese, cooking oil. (Probably not much less accurate than a random arroz con pollo entry where you eat it all, since you wouldn't know their ratio of chicken to rice or remotely how much oil they used anyway.

Yeah, I was thinking I would probably have to add them individually. I just wanted to verify I wasn't missing anything.

Thank you all for the advice!

You could enter it as a recipe and see what you get
