Hi, my name is Constantine I am 33 y.o. (actually, I will be 18 days) in I am leaving in Greece. Currently between jobs, trying to grasp web development knowledge for a career change.
I had extra weight from elementary school. I reach obesity class II back at 2014 and with MFP and running, I reduce my weight to overweight.
But 2018 find me in obesity class 3 level 113kg - 168cm (249.12pounds - 5'6'').
Among my other New Year's resolutions, is to achieve the healthy weight of 70kg (154.32 pounds) by Christmas of 2018!
I will use the MFP for calorie mapping, I enrolled in a gym ( although I 'll need extra motivation to go), and I am going to buy an activity tracker in order to do at least 10.000 steps/day.
Any other suggestions will be appreciated!

Today I weighted 110.6 kg (243.83 pounds) so I have 40.6 to go!

You can do it. Just keep going and taking it one day at a time. The MFP community is very supportive. Sent a request.
