    I don’t think pre workout does anything other than give you a little boost, like caffeine. I don’t take anything.

    I usually have a good meal and drink an intra workout BCAA. There's only been one pre-workout where I didn't feel jittery and then have a crash and burn after effect, and it's by RSP Nutrition, but I don't think pre-workouts are all the necessary.
