Hi! I’m Adrienne and I started tracking my intake about 5 days ago. I saw another app offering meal plan, like suggesting foods to eat at each meal and snack. I like that idea. For this app do it too? Thanks!

No it doesn't, don't really see how that would work on MFP - people all over the world use it, so there would be different seasonal produce, cultural tastes, calorie allowances and tastes to take into account when the whole point of MFP is really to eat what you like to meet your calorie/nutritional requirements. If you want ideas/inspiration for meals for your particular calorie allowance, check out Pinterest.1

No, thank god, last time I tried to follow a meal plan (it wasn't even a meal plan, it was a set of seemingly sound dietary advice), I lost weight, only to start regaining a week after I hit my goal. The whole idea of MFP is to just give a framework based on the most basic parameters like sex, age, height, weight and activity level, whether you want to lose, gain or maintain weight, and then let you make your own food choices, without judgement, so you can get to know what works and doesn't work for you, long term. Wonderfully liberating and I have no trouble maintaing a healthy weight.0
