Bodily Function Question

I am newly "vegan". I have decided starting off I will have 1 or 2 cheat days per week until I get used to the life style. Well, I went 8 days strictly vegan and had a cheat day yesterday. My breakfast was vegan. I had a little less than two servings of turkey mixed with Velveeta and tomato for lunch and felt fine. For dinner I had one slice of veggie pizza and 2 servings (maybe 3) of eggplant parmigana with spaghetti. I also added grated parmesan. An hour later I had diarrhea which I never have. I also had it once this morning. My question is could I be lactose intolerant? Cheese had always been a main staple of my diet with no side effects. Or could it possibly have been that my body went into shock from all of the saturated fat that it isn't used to anymore?

Any sudden changes to your diet can result in some stomach upset. But I agree it is most likely the sudden increase in fat that set you off.
