Hey everyone! I'm using this app to start tracking my calories and establish baselines, something I've long neglected in my fitness f
Journey. I'm a 26 year old male, 6'1", 215 lb of bodyweight in the 18-22% body fat range (rough estimate). Sedentary job, weight lift 4-5 times a week going on 6 years. I'd encourage anyone looking to start changing their life to Persue strength training as both a metabolic enabler and driver of body recomposition.
