Hey Im Des quick run over who i am. im 29y mom of 2 girls (4 and 8) Ive always had issues with my weight and when up and down through my early 20s thinking lots of cardio and low low cals was how u loose and i wanted to be "skinny" in my mind i wanted a dainty small framed body... well im not build to be small so i struggled with severe depression over the scale which lead me to be an emotional eater then guilt trip myself over when i would eat on top of that i have a horrible sweet tooth so id always run to the ice cream first >_< but long story short when me and my kids father split it was my opportunity to start over so i jumped in the gym fell in love with weigh lifting and more so loved how my body started to change and how strong i became both mentally and physically. Since then ive never looked back. I still struggle with food which is why Im here. i need to hold myself accountable for what I take in and give my body the nutrients it need to feel my lady guns and stop feeding my cravings. so Im here for anyone who wants to share info or recipes to change up the basic chicken and rice or if you just need some motivation and some kick *kitten* music for your play list.
