Adjusting totals

How can I adjust the total amount of macros they put me on? I need to lower one of the categories per my. doc

    I think that's a premium/paid option only. Doesn't mean you can't reach the macros, you might just show a positive or negative at the end of the day.

    Oh that is really surprising! I could have sworn what I joined in 2012 we were able to do it. Thanks for letting me know

    You can adjust macros in Goals > view guided setup.

    The free version only allows 5% increments, the paid version allows actual grams.

    The macros just have to equal 100%, is all. You'll figure it out.

    In premium you can adjust by the gram. But if you follow @cmriverside's instructions you can still update them yourself.
