Ok so I saw this clip on FB with a woman who is overweight & sick of it so she decided to go to the gym for 100 days in a row and lost around 50lbs! So my 15yr old daughter is also overweight and has Celiac Disease said she’s joining my gym TODAY and we’re doing this for 100 days ( hopefully we’ll get addicted) please keep good thoughts!

that is a great goal!!! make sure you are eating healthy, too, and you will completely change your life in 100 days. Make sure to mix up your days at the gym so some days make you sweat like cardio, some are weight lifting, and some are just relaxing like yoga and stretching or floating around in the pool, rest days are as equally important as workout days.0

Sounds like a plan! Just avoid the common mistake of doing too much too soon, which can cause burn-out and also injuries. Fortunately fat loss only requires eating fewer calories, not long or intense workouts.
Post an update in 100 days!1
