Hey Fellow calorie counters
Last year I did Clean eating and lost 7 stone, Fell off the wagon so now changing up and going to try Calotie Counting. Im looking to half my daily recommended.
Looking for tips & new buddies
New to this so not sure how it all works so any advice is wrlcomed

Hi! My name is Joe. I decided to join MFP to lose about 16 lbs. I originally lost 70 lbs thru Weight Watchers two years ago but I fell off the wagon and started to gain some of the weight back. I had a tough year with losing 3 of my grandparent which led me to eat unhealthy. With the start of a new year, I'm ready to losing my weight, healthfully.1
