New here, trying to gain some pounds and put on muscle! I feel like I have no motivation what so ever. Need help.

Take it one day at a time! Try your best to track your foods and get your workouts in! Write yourself little notes that remind you of the reasons that you want to gain some pounds and muscle and put them in places that you can easily see them to try and help with motivation when you feel it’s lacking. I am trying to put on some weight/muscle as well and it can definitely a difficult but worthwhile road! You got this!! Good luck!!0
