If you haul reefer loads: Snipe bar curls and overhead press'. B)
  • I'm a flatbedder. Get lots of workouts. Haul heavy equipment.
    Chains and binders!!.

I work out in truck as much as possible. Many truck stops have gyms near them as well. Lost 14 lbs in 4 months so far.

    Congratulations!!
Check your health insurance for gym membership plans. I just recently heard of one that for a pretty cheap price gives you access to thousands of gyms across the country. Your job is a tough one, it is great that you are trying to stay motivated!

THANKS, doing my best with what I have available. Been hard to make the time but it is working so far.

For sure! Especially when you have to reef down on those stubborn binders, every link counts. Full lat workout right there.

Well I'll answer this one, a buddy of mine was in a overnight truck stop in winter, one came up, ... offered "favours" just to get out of the cold... he doesn't go that route though.
These people have nowhere to go. It's really sad.

Lol none to speak of but I will say old TA Truck Stop in Ontario California have them riding around on a flat bed selling their goods after the sun goes down.
