Sticking to the program

I am almost always losing five pounds or so. The older I get the harder it seems to get. I have been in my gym program for 4 months and have been going religiously but I am afraid I will quit as I have in the past. Also, Lately I have not been losing and instead I gained 4 pounds last year. Obviously, I have to cut calories so I am back in here and am ready to commit to tracking and believe it is a necessity. I also need help sticking with the diet program. I am hoping to make good habits or just learn to do what it takes. I would appreciate help.

I'll send you a friend request. Being consistent with logging your food diary, even on bad days, is extremely helpful in keeping on track because it makes you more mindful of your choices. It's awesome you've stuck to your gym routine so long! Log your exercises for a little extra room on your calories1
