Need help setting up the nutrition page

I can't do keto for medical reasons and am on a restricted diet.. LOW CHO, LOW FAT, LOW SODIUM, HI PROTEIN... and 1200 calories which I can't seem to eat . The nutrition pages goals does not meet my diet restrictions but can't figured out how to change them . Is it possible?

On the diary page, click the pie chart, choose nutrients, click on one and it will take you to [edit: it will take you to another pie chart- click the goal number below it, this will take you to] the additional nutrients page where you can change them. Fat, carbs, and pro can be changed at the pie chart, I believe.

A diet without realistic meal suggestions isn't a diet, it's just a setup. First figure out if the setup is realistic in theory. What does LOW and HIGH mean in each of the instances? Is 1200 calories a part of those restrictions, or something else? You set your nutrition goals here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my_goals and track them here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

If you've established that the restrictions are technically possible, you have to figure out if it's possible in practice. Will you still get in adequate nutrition? Will you be able to eat real food and make acceptable meals?

It's a fine line between restricted and impossible. Restrictions for health issues needs to be adhered to, but unreasonable advice should be questioned. If you think you have received incomplete advice, I strongly suggest you get back to whoever told you to do this, and ask for clarification, and/or a referral to a dietician.
