Weighed myself first thing this morning (well, second thing) and was suprised to see 157 on the scale! I'll weigh in again "officially" tomorrow if I'm not in a rush and remember to.
I turned down a breakfast plate my chemical plant coworkers cooked up of bacon, eggs undoubtedly fried in bacon grease, processed hash browns, and rolls this morning and opted for 117cal cinnamon oatmeal breakfast. My coworkers briefly gave me a hard time, but being aware of a 50 year old seemingly perfect bmi coworker having a heart attack last weekend, I feel good about my decision!

After freezing cold days inside-sedentary weeks on a chair...and delicious lengthy afternoon naps
and allowing dairy breads, ice cream and cheese and pasta back in ----plus all holidays foods and choclate
I gained 10 POUNDS!!- TOMORROW-15 day fat-blaster food plan
and 5-6 days weekly at the gym, plus weights
