Thanks to MyFitnessPal! I been conveniently keeping track of my calories along with intermittent fasting to not only lose fat, but build muscle. The photo on the left was me at 178lbs with over 20% body fat and now at 164lbs. Lifting heavy to moderate, high intensity sprints implemented, and of course high quality protein/bcaa
