Trying to stay focused this year

Hey everyone. I've used this app many times before and love it. I just have a hard time keeping up with it as I cheat and don't want to admit. I want however to get healthier this year.

    I think the first thing to do to make this the last time you start, is to figure out why you think you're cheating (or what exactly you think you're cheating on). A lot of people yo-yo diet because they are too restrictive and impatient. You don't have to cut anything out of your diet completely to lose weight, you just need to find a way to moderate it to fit into your healthier lifestyle.

    You are far more likely to be successful if you make this a more enjoyable and tolerable experience and bear in mind that the weight doesn't go on overnight, it won't come off that way either.
