.losing motivation...

well there I started exams few weeks ago and im not really having time for gym and food preparation due to revision especielly being away from home... starting to lose motivation and eating unhealthy... any helpful advices guys !

    Make the best choices you can knowing this is just a bump in your road. Maybe keep fruit on hand for healthier snacking? Add in some healthier frozen dinners? Regardless, you CAN get through this with a minimum of damage as long as you don't give up.

    How are u with diet shakes. I find they r good to whiz together when ur busy. Ther is so much out ther to offer these days. Even for gluten free, vegan, dairy free etc... Im at the moment including a glutenfree dairy free shake in my diet in the morning bcoz im mega busy. And it keeps up with your vitamin and mineral s .all will help with concentration during exams etc☺ little nibble thru the day is good nuts etc also remember ( im no example, i need this advice too) have enough water
