Small steps

I have had weight issues for all my life. My plan now is to write down all of my food and drink intake. If not in my electronic then on paper. So dar so good.

    Excellent logging everything before you eat it is a great first step.

    It is a good idea as you sometimes forget how many calories are in certain foods. Some food are also deceptive and low fat is not always low calorie. I also use the traffic light info on items eg. Red not good and green good. Orange is in the middle so have sometimes. Particularly good for breakfast cereals.
