Feeling super tired today, I woke up at 3 am for some reason, and then could not fall back asleep until around 6 am, had to wake up at 6:45 for work anyways... missed the gym.. but I am going to go on the way home in the evening. Overall I'm going to try my best to salvage the day - go to bed on time today, and hope no weird sleep issues occur...

    Ugh! I hate days like that. I generally sleep well but I find it so hard to stay within calories when I'm really tired. Good luck!

    Sorry that happened!

    But don't worry: For weight loss, fitness or health, it matters what we do on the overwhelming majority of our days (i.e., habits).

    What we do only on one day, rarely, now and then? That doesn't matter very much at all, as long as it isn't instantly fatal. ;)
