Trying to lose 50lbs. or more? So am I!

That's pretty much the gist of it. Above the 200s, aiming to get well below it (I'm a tall gal), and planning to start back regularly working out and monitoring my calories.

I enjoy weight-training more than cardio, but of course I'm gonna make sure to do it all. So many goals!!

So, what about you all? Any stats you'd like to share, methods you plan on using, struggles, and interests in helping others stay motivated and accountable and being helped the same in your journey??
