So I ordered the chicken chop said from Subway. All the veggies and just vinegar. The website and MFP have 150 calories for that salad, but for some reason it seems kind of low. Any thoughts? I'm thinking that the salad is close to 250 calories, but I could be wrong.

Depends on how much chicken was in it, I'd guess. Everything else is like 50-75 more calories. Unless you added cheese and avocado.

I order that. The entry I use is not 150 calories. The chicken patty is 90 calories. I think 250 is closer, but I can't remember what the entry I use says. Maybe 240, with no dressing.

Thanks. No, no extra chicken. Just one patty, no cheese or avocado either. I will go with 250 calories just to be safe.

I go to subways nutrition site and build my own then make my own food for it. I have about 10 subway entries in my foods list. Then I know the entry I use is what I actually had.
