diet plan

I'm trying to keep my ratios at 5% carbs, 20% proteins, 75% fats for health reasons, I am a vegan, 64 year old female, weight 107, height 5'2" . Finding it very hard to figure out a food plan that doesn't exceed my carbs but gives me enough calories and protein's. Can someone help me?

    I have no idea. Two opposite ways of eating at the same just sounds very hard. Wish you luck.

    What you are describing sounds like keto. If your doctor prescribed this have him/her for a referral to a registered dietician to help you.
