Im endomorph and wanna lose weight due to which i do cardio everyday for 3 - 4 hours but i also wanna do weight liftinf or strength training but i also don't want those bulky musclea please tell me what should i do please

    Why do you do cardio for 3-4 hours a day? Strength training by itself doesn't cause "bulk". Only when combined with a calorie deficits does that happen.

    Strength training and weight lifting helps build muscles and i dont want them cause i actually look a lot bulky so therefore i prefer cardio more than strength training but i dont know i'm confused should i do it or not and by the way i consume 500 -700 calories daily and i'm 5ft4inch weight 145 pounds
    So kindly tell me wt should i do
