Hey babez,

I am new to MyFitnessPal. I am looking for new friends and fitness pals, so if you ever want to talk or encourage each other back and forth, I'm your gal! I have been dieting and exercising for about a year now. I am 6 ft tall female, and weigh about 190. I am looking to get down to around 150 to 160. I try to eat as healthy as I can currently, and have been following a very CICO strict diet. welp, anyways I thought I'd say Hi!!! And I hope to get to know some of ya!

Whit

  • Welcome to the community! My name is Richard, I live in Vancouver, Canada. I wish you all the best success with your goals. I started my journey to healthy living about 18 months ago. I was 280 lbs at that time. I started using a reduced calorie diet and moved toward a Keto diet shortly afterward. MyFitnessPal has been the best tool for helping me stay on track. I enter in everything I eat no matter how "bad" I have been. I follow macro nutrient levels to stay balanced and I do 20 kms of cycling a day. I am currently 190 lbs. This app will work for you if you use it consistently. Good Luck!

Thank you for your warm wishes! I started entering in every thing I eat too, about 12 months ago. It really does make the difference. I have been using the app "Loseit" but its lonely on that app, because it is literally just a calories logger. Good job at your weight-loss success!
