I am just starting the 5:2 eating plan. Who else is doing this plan and is there a group created for support? Thanks!

    If you use the search functions you can find lots of people who utilize IF and some follow this protocol.

    Also, there's section called "Groups" that you can search. You'll get answers much quicker if you take the initiative to find them.
