Eat it.
Rawr! Say it again!

Frozen yogurt's great, or Skinny Cow brand. I eat Sunday Drumsticks, a fixed amount of calories and no measuring.0

frozen banana/ peanut butter and milk, blend it. If you cant wait for banana to freeze toss some ice in. OR freeze a yogurt cup.0

is the milk and sugar and all other ingredients organic? if so, no worries.
Your body can recognize clean vs. non-ingredients and even though your hormones will respond exactly the same, your body will be happier.
That is such COMPLETE bro-science. No such thing as a 'clean food'. All that matters is calories and macros.
And organics. Clearly you dont even lift.
Wait me? Or Bro science guy?
You. Organic food matters. Deeply. Because chemicals and GMOs are bad. It is science.
LOL ok dude. Please cite your source on how GMOs and 'chemicals' are bad for you. A peer reviewed source.
And of course, it would have to devolve to this argument....
I vote for ice cream! Yay, ice cream! :drinker:0 -

That is the cutest damn thing I have seen in a while. Frickin' adorable!!!0 -
Skinny Cows are awesome! Also Kroger and Publix make great low fat frozen yogurt. You can treat yourself and still not blow your diet up.0
-
since you are a kid, you can afford the calories.0

Can I eat the pig too?
JK..omg now I want a pet pig.0 -
Go for a walk until you have burnt enough calories to eat the ice-cream and still stay under your calorie target.0

I had chocolate ice cream mixed with Nutella today.
It was nothing short of awesome.0 -
Eat some froyo instead, you can't tell the difference (at least I can't) and it's a better option. I tried the Bene Vita honey and cinnamon, and the honey in it tastes like caramel! If you were blind-folded, you couldn't tell the difference!0

As long as you have a serving and not the entire carton....it's all good in moderation0

You can of course have ice cream, I would advice to go for children portion, like for example small simple magnum they just have 100 cal each.0

Set your house on fire. That way you wont remember the ice cream until later.

Actually lets go to Cold Stone's and get the biggest most fattening monstrosity there is to show 'em how it's done.0 -
Go for a walk until you have burnt enough calories to eat the ice-cream and still stay under your calorie target.
Or put it in a cone and eat it while walking Then you don't even have to count it.0 -
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbls of peanut butter
Optional- 2 tbls of coco powder.
Put in blender and enjoy. Much healthier than ice cream, but tastes the same to me! c:
Another option is to skip the milk and just do the peanut butter and banana
Or just the banana
ETA: Or just go for the ice cream!
Just once is not gonna ruin any progress :DD0 -
Eat the ice cream. I do eat it everyday. Depending on whether you want frozen confections like popsicles and fudgsicles, which are very low calorie by the way, or actual yummy creamy stuff. All the churned, light ice creams are good, lo cal and creamy. Just weigh it and log it. Fit it in, but do not deprive yourself or you will go out and binge big time. There are many varieties by Breyers and Dreyers and store brand. You can also just get vanilla and add your own mix in, a 90 calorie fudge brownie by Fiber One, some caramel topping, fresh pineapple or strawberries....use your imagination but do not fight the craving! Best of luck!0

I get Chapmans' frozen yogurt bars or fugsciles. I find them slightly better priced then Skinny Cow and fewer calories. (Though I have gotten Skinny Cow when he was on sale and it was good!) Though on Monday I had the biggest one scoop ice cream dish (I think it was actually about 2 cups of ice cream) of Scotsburn Udderly Divine ice cream. It was soooooooooooooo yummy.0

This is rhetorical question, yes?0

Good tips. I had all of the above today AND managed to fit in some ice cream. So I'll have both, thanks.0
