Fitbit Flex, Run Keeper, & MFP

How do Fitbit Flex and RunKeeper interact within MFP? I haven't connected RunKeeper because I'm unclear if information recorded for the Flex and loaded to MFP will be inflated by the information tracked from RunKeeper. Can anyone advise?
