Interval training: calories?

I've been doing some kind of interval training (again) since about Christmas. I don't have a decent gym nearby and I currently can't run. I'm wondering about the calorie burn. I'm currently using this list, going from the bottom up: http://litealloy.com/ and usually work out between 25-40 minutes with as little breaks as possible.

Starting at the bottom of the list, over the past 4 evenings I did:
Five Hundred Rep Workout (39mins)
Workout – 550 Killer Reps (20 mins)
Workout Of The Day – Eight Exercises Drill (32 mins)
600 Rep Workout (31 mins)

with 4 rounds on the Eight Exercises Drill one. Breaks are very brief now and mainly consist of a quick look into my book what's next and then I continue. I'm not going superfast though as I don't want to annoy my neighbours below me.

I'm just above 64kg, 169cm, female, 44 years old. Any ideas? I don't want to log as circuit training as it seems too high but would rather use a custom entry.

Thank you for not calling interval training HIIT !! That's so refreshing. :flowerforyou:

It's fiendishly hard to estimate, heart rate monitor would be hopeless.
You could still log it as circuit training but overwrite the estimate given with a number of your choice. Won't necessarily make it more accurate but it will make it lower if that's what you want.

I do the same with cycling, I use the appropriate category but overwrite the myfitnesspal estimate with my own.

Thanks for the flower <3 I think I'm a wee bit pedantic, so would never call it HIIT. At the same time I'm so pedantic that I don't want to log it as circuit as it would give me 274kcal (see? I write kcal :p ) for a 32 minute workout, which, quite honestly sounds a lot. And yes, being pedantic, it feels wrong to me to eat part of it as it messes with my diary, or log a shorter time as.. oh well... I guess I'm being me :D

I might build a custom workout that for now uses about 2/3 of the circuit option and see how that goes.
